Good agreements make good friends. This holds just as true for the private usage of GSM, Internet and email. But how do you as employer deal with new applications and trends especially when private life and work overlap?
BELTUG cordially invites you to discuss unresolved corporate policy issues with Telenet, Belgacom/Proximus and Mobistar and to learn more about private use of an employer's communication tools.
Many new questions on corporate policy have arisen; this is why we plan to update the BELTUG Corporate Policy paper on the use of GSM, Internet and email.
BELTUG is gathering together the questions and concerns of our members regarding the private use of employers' communication tools, such as:
- How to make good agreements on mobile data usage? Which applications represent more risk? How do you protect against bill shocks?
- Are there ways to allow mobile payments or other short numberings and how can you split the bill accordingly?
- Internet downloads at work, Facebook and other social network sites: how do you limit the risks with a corporate policy?
- Watchouts for corporate Internet at home. How to optimise a "PC privé-plan" in a fiscally or organisationally interesting way?
- How to make sure that private Internet usage is correctly billed?
If you are (considering) looking to update or improve your Corporate Policy, subscribe to this interactive session to speak about your concerns.
