SIG international - with Barry Callebout and Coca-Cola

Date:08/05/2012
Time:09:30
Location:Coca-Cola

Users only

While it has been discussed for many years now, 'one-stop shopping’ for international mobile communications is still not widely available. So, where are we in its evolution? What can operators now offer in terms of international contract negotiation and tariff plans, account management, volume discounts, data and voice? Have any truly "global" or "international" players emerged, or are solutions still based on the bundling of local and dissimilar agreements per country?

INTUG/BELTUG have organised this challenge for Orange and Vodafone regarding international mobile services to address those questions. Combining relevant cases and open discussion, you will have the opportunity to raise your issues and questions.

In the first half of the event, we will hear the cases and then interactively prepare our topics. In the second half, we will be joined, individually, by the representatives of Vodafone and Orange. We will pose the questions to them directly, and receive their responses.
