BELTUG X-change: Social media and privacy, a glance behind the curtain
| Date: | 24/04/2012 | | Time: | 10:00 | | Location: | Hof ter Musschen |
Want to become a member?
Social networks are using information about you to make a profit – for themselves. What information specifically are they collecting, how are they using it and what does this mean for you?
Recently, both Google and LinkedIn changed their privacy policies. Facebook has set up partnership agreements that allow you to login and access linked/coupled services using your Facebook account. What are the laws and regulations that apply to these companies? And what recommendations are relevant for YOUR company?
On 24 April, BELTUG will host an X-change to analyse what‘s happening today, to learn about the opportunities and risks for our member organisations and their customers.
