Negotiating with your software supplier: what can you expect? (X-change)

Location:Stibbe, Brussels

In today’s fast moving software world, companies and public services share an increasing unease regarding managing their software assets. Software publishers develop sophisticated and complex licence models and agreements, yet seem unable or unwilling to provide the controls customers need to ensure they are in-line with these specifications.  For this reason, Beltug published our 'Proposal for a Software Publishers' Code of Conduct' (CoC) a few months ago.

We want to make sure you can use the CoC to support your negotiations with suppliers. In this USERS ONLY session, three experienced software asset managers and a legal expert take you on a detailed but comprehensible tour of the CoC, and guide you on how to use its content.  Afterwards, with the CoC at hand, you will surely feel stronger in your relationships with your software vendors!

Please note that in order to guarantee an interactive discussion, we are keeping the number of attendees limited, so be sure to book your spot in time.
