BELTUG paper - How to manage and control communications costs
The BELTUG Paper “How to manage and control communications costs” (20 pages) is now available on the website. This paper is based on experiences of different companies and on the information gathered at a fully-booked BELTUG X-change on February 28th, in which twenty Members participated to analyze costdrivers. It offers recommendations for best practice in managing and controlling communications costs.
