At one of our members, a large company with 1000+ SIM cards several users complain about voice quality issues. BELTUG is very interested in getting your feedback on the following questions:
Do you regularly have dropped calls?
- Do you receive SMS or voicemail messages with a significant delay?
- If so, how often does this happen?
- Do you encounter network quality problems (e.g. not hearing the other party very well)?
- In the office - In the car – at home or customer site
- Does the duo card system meet your requirements?
- Does your mobile regularly fall out (entry of PIN code needed)?
