At one of our members, a large company with 1000+ SIM cards several users complain about voice quality issues. BELTUG is very interested in getting your feedback on the following questions:

Do you regularly have dropped calls?

• Do you receive SMS or voicemail messages with a significant delay?
• If so, how often does this happen?
• Do you encounter network quality problems (e.g. not hearing the other party very well)?
• In the office - In the car – at home or customer site
• Does the duo card system meet your requirements?
• Does your mobile regularly fall out (entry of PIN code needed)?
