INTUG, the International TC users group (covering national user groups like BELTUG), is convinced that there is not enough competition in international telecom services, despite the potential bargaining power of multi-site business users. The European Regulators Group, represented in Belgium by the BIPT, takes these concerns seriously and has accepted to investigate the state of competition in the supply of electronic communications services to multi-site business users.
