Administration charges private use of a mobile phone

According to BELTUG, the Belgian Social Security Administration has decided it will consider the private use of a mobile phone as a benefit of € 150 per year (€ 12.50 per month). This leads to a contribution of € 19.50 per year (€ 1.63 per month) for the employee. The employer will have to pay € 4.38 per month. BELTUG also notes that on the mobile phone benefit taxes are due.
