Did your fixed-to-mobile tariffs came down?

After years of complaints about the high tariffs for fixed-to-mobile (F2M) calls, BIPT has drastically reduced mobile termination rates (MTRs, the rates mobile operators charge to terminate calls on their networks), effective since August 1, 2010.

This means all operators pay +/- 5.75 c/minute less for calls to Base, 4 to Mobistar and 2.7 to Proximus.
BELTUG wants to check whether the decreases benefitting the telecom operators are being passed on to you.
With your input BELTUG will monitor and report the changes on the market.

To ensure your voice is heard, participate in our survey. The questions only take
5 minutes of your time.

For every 10 responses we receive, we will give away a BONGO champagne breakfast for two.
The results will be published in February.
Thank you very much for your co-operation!
