Companies have little choice in developing telecoms services optimally
Enterprises and public services have little choice when it comes to telecoms services, according to a BELTUG survey among almost 100 businesses and government services about their recent calls for tenders. Other trends hampering competition are the increasing importance of communications – with subsequent higher quality requirements – as well as convergence of fixed and mobile and IT and telecom (with increasing complexity). Since BASE expressly skipped the business market, there are but two mobile service providers whose prices are almost similar.
