Make BELTUG work on your issues with suppliers: pass your concerns to us!

Our members regularly pass their complaints, concerns, problems and other issues regarding ICT suppliers to BELTUG. They ask us to bring these issues up with the suppliers.

We would now like to take this ‘ad hoc’ approach a step further, by finding out which topics are the most important to the most members. We’ll do this by collecting from you the topics that cause you the greatest displeasure when buying, negotiating for or using communication technology and services. Then, we will discuss the topics with the vendors, and communicate the outcome to our members.

SCOPE: ALL PROVIDERS OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES
We would like to include concerns, matter and problems regarding any and all fixed and mobile telecom operators and other players offering communications services. This might include IBM, HP, Cisco, Dimension Data, NextiraOne, Avaya, Siemens, etc.

ISSUES: WHAT IS LIMITING YOU?
What hinders or limits your ability to do business with these providers? Delivery, billing, the commercial approach, your concerns about vendor lock-in … all issues are welcome.
