Danielle Jacobs best advices

Danielle Jacobs, Director BELTUG, built out the association of ICT-managers to a strong organisation of more than 1,000 members and 9 employees. From her first employer, Christian Leysen at Xylos she learnt that it is important to give your colleagues lots of freedom, to let them develop. Pierre Stephany, president of BELTUG, convinced her that it is always good to spend money as long as it well-considered. Her parents taught her to always be correct, enhancing credibility, so that people will trust you.
