BELTUG consultation: looking for audit/benchmarking services

One of our members is planning an audit of their fixed and mobile invoices and would like to benchmark their telecom operator’s tariffs and services. They requested assistance from BELTUG to find out which companies specialise in this area.
We launched the consultation question to our members, and received 37 reactions: 22 from ICT decision makers and 15 from service providers.
From the responses, we can certainly deduce that there are a large number of companies active on this market, and that customers find it very useful and enlightening to perform an audit / benchmarking of their telecom services on a regular basis.
