The coalition agreement for the new government includes an initiative to begin accepting electronic invoices as of 1 January 2016. This has raised a lot of questions among BELTUG members: when exactly will it be introduced, how will it work, what will be the impact, and more.
BELTUG has met with the involved government parties to discuss the e-invoicing initiative and to get answers. We are now putting together a Position with our members’ questions and concerns.
In addition, at the upcoming Member Forum on 23 June 2015, a representative of the Agency for Administrative Simplification will present on the obligations and the timing for introducing this new initiative.
