Stronger guidelines for SMS/MMS services as of March 15 20008

The GOF - GSM Forum (Base, Mobistar & Proximus) published an update from their Guidelines for SMS/MMS/LBS services.

New is the double opt-in for SMS/MMS services with a subscription: this means the users needs to give his/her permission twice to subscribe.

We publish the new Guidelines (English) and the press release (Dutch and French in the same document).
