BIPT/IBPT Opinion on the regionalisation of telecommunications

On 17 January 2008 the Institute rendered an opinion regarding the regionalisation of telecommunications to the Minister for Economy, the Self-employed and Agriculture. At the request of the Minister the Institute publishes said opinion on its website.
