BELTUG, Belgium’s largest independent communication technology and services user group, brings together ICT professionals from the private and public sector.
More than 850 members actively share their knowledge with each other, benefiting from expert reports, workshops, conferences, publications and lobbying. In an on-line environment or in person, members learn from each other, taking their communications technology and services a step forward.
The Steering Committee and the Board of directors include representatives of KBC, Eandis, Vlaamse Overheid, the Post, the Federal Police, National Bank, ING, Office National des Vacances Annuelles-RJV and Portima, SITA Recycling Services - all contributing to our vision and strategy.
How do we work? The users (ICT decision makers) identify the priority topics of major interest, which they want BELTUG to address. Several of the activities, workshops, seminars and publications are initiated by members themselves, with the support of BELTUG staff for project management.
Four main areas of interest are covered: 1. Impact on business strategy and plans 2. Application of technology 3. Service management and quality issues 4. Contractual, legal and policy issues
Become a member Are you an ICT manager, IT architect, telecoms manager, legal advisor, procurement manager? Providers and consultants can become associated members (ICT solution providers), bringing their expertise and making ad hoc contributions to some topics.
