Why join the Security SIG?
Security is a hot topic for BELTUG members. This is why BELTUG has a Security Special Interest Group (SIG). If security is a special priority for you, perhaps you would like to take part in BELTUG’s Security SIG?

What are the benefits?
Four times a year, a specific subject is selected; you will be invited to participate to a face-to-face meeting where you may exchange experiences and ideas on that topic with your peers.

Who can participate?
The Security SIG is open to all BELTUG members who are actively working in the security domain (ICT decision makers, associations and ICT solution providers).
Nevertheless, we do limit participation to a single security expert per ICT solution provider company for each round table.

When are the meetings?
Our members themselves decided on a frequency of four face-to-face meetings a year. In between these meetings, the BELTUG Security Group is also available for you on LinkedIn, to facilitate interaction and information sharing on security topics.

Subjects for the Security SIG?
Topics are also selected by our members. Some examples: usage of private devices (BYOD), Cloud security, security as a service, security management, social networks, etc.
