Debate Rooms

At Beltug, we’re all about exchanging insights and experiences. As with our Task Forces, these Debate room sessions are exclusively for end users, creating a trusted environment for open and transparent discussions.

Unlike our Task Forces, Debate Rooms do not operate with a fixed group of participants. Members can register for sessions based on their interests and the track selected by their organisation’s primary contact. You can find more information in My Beltug or by contacting the Beltug team.

Debate Rooms are designed to be highly interactive, with a strong focus on sharing practical experiences, challenges, and insights among peers.

Read the charters for each of our Debate rooms below: participants are expected to adhere to these guidelines.

AI track

The AI Debate Room track offers a trusted space where Beltug members can explore how AI is transforming their organisations’ operations, decision-making and value creation. Participants share experiences, insights, questions and lessons learned across AI strategy, governance, regulation, adoption, security, risk management and practical implementation. The track is open to Beltug members from the user side, whose organisation is enrolled in this Debate Room track. Participants are not required to be AI experts: the group includes a broad range of ICT and business decision-makers involved in data and AI initiatives. Members are free to join the sessions that match their interests, and all participants are required to adhere to the charter.

Vendor Observatory

The Beltug Vendor Observatory is a dedicated knowledge hub designed to help Beltug members navigate the complexities of vendor management in today’s digital landscape. It provides valuable insights, expert guidance, and a platform for exchanging experiences, all aimed at helping organisations manage their vendor relationships effectively. The Vendor Observatory participants are ICT decision-makers, such as CIOs, IT managers, and vendor managers, from the user side whose organisation is enrolled in this Debate Room track. They are not necessarily experts in vendor management, but are interested in sharing their actionable insights, trends, factual data and best practices.
