During this Vendor Observatory, Microsoft and Beltug members will share experiences and perspectives on governing Copilot and AI agents at enterprise scale, with a focus on practical lessons learned and the strategic decisions facing digital leaders today. In the first part of the event, Daikin will start us off with its experience with Microsoft Copilot governance; this case will provide us with a framework for discussions throughout the day. Then we move on to an interactive session with Microsoft about Copilot governance. Note that Microsoft will only be present in Part 1. In Part 2, Leadout will share market insights and market trends, before we break into small groups for peer discussions.

The Vendor Observatory Debate Room

These invitations are sent to organisations participating in the Vendor Observatory. The Vendor Observatory is one of Beltug’s Debate Room initiatives: a recurring series of small-scale, interactive sessions where members explore a topic in greater depth. Participation is not limited to specialists: eligible members are welcome to join based on their interest in the topic and the challenges they are facing in their own organisation. If there are other colleagues within your organisation who would like to join the discussion and contribute their perspective, feel free to forward this invitation.

The Vendor Observatory is not a platform for commercial purposes and is not open to law firms, ICT service providers or consultants. This ensures open discussions behind closed doors. Please make sure to read the Vendor Observatory Charter, which outlines the confidentiality rules and participation guidelines.

For more information about the Vendor Observatory, you can check out the charter for this initiative, with practical arrangements and the scope.
