The digitisation of our world is built on a lot of software - from smaller-sized 'plug-and-play' programs to vast and/or customised packages.  And especially for the latter, licences can be a complex challenge to manage.

During this users-only session, our experts share their insights on managing your licences, and negotiating knowledgeably.  We’ll also learn from Toyota about their best practices for software licensing in the cloud.

We encourage you to share this invitation with your colleagues involved in procurement or software asset management!

Please note that in order to guarantee an interactive discussion, we are keeping the number of attendees limited, so be sure to book your spot in time.

16:30 Beltug initiatives on software asset management & procurement - how can we be relevant together?

Based on input from our members, Beltug developed the Code of Conduct for software suppliers. Building on these principles, we have now developed concrete clauses that can be included in software contracts. We will present the scope and the status of this initiative.

Furthermore, we would like to have a round table discussion with you in preparation of our action plan from September: what topics do you want to see on our agenda for procurement and SAM. And we would like your ideas on how Beltug can continue our work on the barriers you face in your daily operations.
