Culture matters: how easy is it to embed smart collaboration? (X-change)

Date:15/05/2019
Time:13:00
Location:Hotel Abbey, Grimbergen

You need the engagement and conviction of your staff to actually use those tools for sharing and engaging with each other cross-team and cross-functions, and growing the company’s digital strength.  When it comes to smart collaboration and its tools, many of us have found that "Culture eats strategy for breakfast", as Peter Drucker says. It isn’t enough to just decide your staff needs to collaborate 'smartly', or even to provide state-of-the-art tools.

During this session, we will zoom in on the change process that surrounds a company’s smart collaboration project, and we will explore how to transition your company culture in this process. Plus Lidl, Dropsolid and Ter Beke will share how they engaged their staff in smart collaboration.

Please note that in order to guarantee an interactive discussion, we are keeping the number of attendees limited, so be sure to book your spot in time.
