Society today requires a very fluid mindset, and the global situation around Covid-19 has been a major driver. Companies are facing the same demand, especially when it comes to the organisation of workplaces for their staff. Although homeworking was imposed upon us at the start of the health crisis, now the call for the hybrid workplace as a structural situation is omnipresent.


In this Debate Room, we’ll talk about the measures your organisation and others are already taking, the struggles you face, and the lessons you have learned so far. Let's discuss among peers how to deal with the choices.  After a brief introduction by Proximus, the floor will be open for discussion. So bring your experiences, concerns and best practices to share!


As this topic touches the entire organisation, beyond IT, don't hesitate to invite your colleagues from HR, Communication or Facilities, as well.
