RPFs and contracts are becoming fundamental for ensuring that you receive best-in-class service. But how can you be sure that you get the best price/performance from either short- or long-term contracts?

Benchmarking seems to offer the best solution for this. So how do you begin to define benchmarks in your contracts?

It is not our intention to create a ‘one-size-fits-all’ benchmark template. Rather, we see that the best way forward is to provide you with real-life examples that you can work on.
