Peer Practices : Engie shares its GDPR controller-processor decision tree

With our new Peer Practices, our members can benefit from the learnings and practices of other member companies, without always 'reinventing the wheel' on today's hot issues.

In the context of the GDPR, it is not always clear whether you are defined as a data processor or a data controller. Engie has developed a decision tree for this question, and is sharing it with other Beltug members, to help them in their process to GDPR compliance.  It may be freely distributed under the Creative Commons licence (as specified in the document).

Our thanks to Engie for sharing this!
