Peer practices: Creating cohesion when everyone is working from home

With the sudden confinement, including the move to homeworking for most staff, our members’ organisations have been faced with many changes. Several Beltug members have approached us regarding how to maintain cohesion in the organisation, and keep employees motivated.

We organised a Debate Room where participants could talk about safeguarding people's 'mental ergonomics' in the organisation, ways to keep ‘the troops’ working together, maintaining the company culture, and more.

Based on the discussions, we have put together a Beltug Paper summarising suggestions, tip & tricks, and more.

Dear visitor,

Access to more information about this topic and/or to download the paper is easy and fast, but exclusively for Beltug members (just login to get access).
