In the evolving telecoms environment, business users' billing needs change fast. Proximus is therefore working on adapting and updating its invoicing for the business market, which is a complicated procedure. Many BELTUG members are Proximus customers, and we feel it is important to ensure that the user perspective is considered. We are collaborating with Proximus to provide input from real-life expert users who deal directly with telecoms billing.
