Beltug challenges VMware: our members discuss topics of interest
Many Beltug members use VMware to virtualise their server hardware. We gave our members the chance to meet with VMware and to discuss their topics of interest, at our Challenge.

Several members contacted us specifically about difficulties with Oracle licensing when using VMware. In addition to discussing this issue at the X-change, we asked how VMware can support customers with new developments, and looked forward to VMware addressing licensing when using Citrix. We also hoped to find out more about the course VMware plans to take and the commercial partnership with Dell, since Dell announced it will turn VMware into an independent company.
