Beltug Security Day was split into a morning and an afternoon session. In the morning, Verizon started us off with insight into preparing for the next wave of cyber attacks. Then, three organisqations brought their real-life user stories: Colruyt Group shared how its IT group balances IT challenges with ensuring the company can meet its brand promises to its customers, APK Group describd its journey to a sustainable and robust security model, and Brussels Airport Company explained the cyber security challenges in critical infrastructures and complex environments.
The afternoon session started with VDAB and its efforts to align technical security decisions with the broader organisational mission. delaware then gave us a look into the impact of SAP on risk management and monitoring. We finished with Fost Plus sharing its road to ‘zero trust’.
