‘Cloudification’ is a reality, and the cloud is no longer just another sub-domain of the digital sector. It is now the sector that controls all the others. Last year, Beltug took a look at how to negotiate and tender for hybrid IT, cloud and SaaS services, with the stories of KBC and the National Bank of Belgium. That session touched lightly on the issue of regulatory oversight facilitating the inclusion of certain clauses in contracts.
