This session started with an overview of the European Commission’s Digital Omnibus initiative and its ambition to streamline the EU’s digital rulebook. Then, we zoomed in on European Business Wallets and how they aim to harmonise digital identity for legal entities and ease cross-border compliance. We wrapped up with a practical look at how the Data Act, NIS2 and Europe’s Digital Decade are reshaping commercial contracts, with concrete guidance on updating templates and negotiating under the new rules.
