In our 5th D-scover Regulatory session, we started off with an update from Beltug on the new rules that will impact business users of digital technologies. Next, building on last year’s presentation, A&O Shearman took on the CRA, while CiTiP /Kenniscentrum Data en Maatschappij addressed the AI Act. Both focussed on the practical: what weneed to do by when. Finally, we shared an AI risk assessment tool, built by one of your peers.
