eSignatures and eArchiving: from legal to practice
The massive switch to homeworking in 2020 was an accelerator for many technologies and possibilities, including eSignatures and eArchiving. There are significant benefits for companies in being able to legally sign documents electronically (and thus ‘from a distance’), and maintain a reliable electronic archive of official and legal documents.

At this N-sight, we had a look at the options for companies today. FPS Economy started us off by highlighting the regulatory angle. Then we looked at two real-life examples: Partena described its journey to added eSignatures to its payroll tools, and the city of Ghent shared the challenges of digital signatures in the public sector.
