First, Napoleon Games shared how they deal with supplier security, i.e., evaluating, managing and mitigating the cybersecurity risks posed by external suppliers, with a focus on trust and agility. Next, we turned to AGFA HealthCare and dived into clinical supplier risk management: the systematic and proactive approach used by the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries to ensure quality, compliance and safety, including cyber security. We discovered what insights are applicable to organisations in any sector.
