Hybrid working – innovation fuel, pitfalls and learnings from the Debate Room
At the end of 2021, Belgium members came together (remotely) at the Beltug event to debate the new reality of hybrid work. They interactively discussed their insights, real experiences, and recommendations.

We also heard from two experts, Henk Destoop, Proximus expert on hybrid working, and Isabel De Clerq, keynote speaker, author and fierce advocate for hybrid working.
We have drafted a Paper that explores some of the pitfalls and learnings of your Beltug peers, as well as their ideas on fuelling innovation. Is meeting around the coffee machine really the best option? How can we create a more conscious setting for ensuring productivity, success, personal fulfilment and sustainability? What are the pitfalls and how do we avoid them? And what can we takeaway from this discussion between our peers.
The Paper is available to our members after log in.
You can also check out the presentations and recording from our Beltug N-sight of 16 December 2021 on ‘The modern workplace – fluidity rules‘ (after login). (Takeaways will be shared soon.)
