Indoor and on-site coverage for mobile communications
Nowadays, it’s impossible to imagine our world without mobile communications. Not only do our personal lives rely on it, but within organisations, operations increasingly depend on the quality of wireless and mobile networks, both indoor and outdoor.
Takeaways from the Beltug X-change of 18 May 2022
18 / 05 / 22
Despite years of efforts on many levels, Beltug members tell us that mobile communications remain a challenge for companies, and in particular indoor or on-site coverage. With 5G around the corner, the challenge will only become more complex. During this highly interactive session, we started with the real-life story of how international, multi-campus Thomas More University is prioritising Wi-Fi investments, to enable indoor coverage via VoIP over Wi-Fi. Then we zoomed in on the day-to-day observations of Connext: an operator-independent mobile communications solution integrator.
Presentations from the event are available for Beltug members (after login).
