In this session, we brought two real-life user stories. First, we found out from Mensura how they use service integration and management (SIAM), IT service management (ITSM) and programme increment (PI) planning to align IT strategy with business objectives. Then, we heard about Solidaris’ practical approach to IT governance, to drive impact beyond IT. Plus, Cegeka took us into the world of Power Platform, using the adoption experience of Toyota Motors Europe.
