After ISACA set the scene, we kicked off this session with a practical look at AI in CRM systems, and the resulting GDPR challenges. Then we zoomed in on the legal do’s and don’ts of monitoring employees at work, whether using email, surveillance or even AI detection tools. We also unpacked how the growing EU–US tensions impact international data transfers. And we closed with a key presentation from the Belgian Data Protection Authority offering answers and much-needed insight into how the DPA can actively support organisations.
