Peer practices: Creating cohesion when everyone is working from home
With the sudden confinement, including the move to homeworking for most staff, our members’ organisations have been faced with many changes. Several Beltug members have approached us regarding how to maintain cohesion in the organisation, and keep employees motivated.

We organised a Debate Room where participants could talk about safeguarding people’s ‘mental ergonomics’ in the organisation, ways to keep ‘the troops’ working together, maintaining the company culture, and more.
