A recent BELTUG survey among 114 enterprises reveals that only one out of every eight calls on the services of a Belgacom rival. Almost 40% makes use of Belgacom exclusively. About half of the interviewees opted for one single invoice, one contact person and simpler management. Only one in three thought there are enough providers. The majority however agrees that a separate offer of voice and data would be better and only one in five has an integrated package.
