Danielle Jacobs, Managing Director of Beltug, led a panel discussion on the future regulatory frameworks for B2B markets, at the ECTA Regulatory Conference 2017, held in 28-29 November, in Brussels.
The panellists discussed the state of competition in European business communications markets, and the merits or shortcomings of the new European Electronic Communications Code in addressing B2B markets.
The panel took on issues including whether there should be different regulatory treatment for micro-enterprises and SMEs (e.g. for consumer protection, switching and contracts) vs large enterprises, and how to best address regulation of IoT and M2M in the new Code.
