Electronic signatures and archives are they 'breaking new ground' today? Presentations from the Beltug N-sight: 10 February 2021

The massive switch to homeworking in 2020 was an accelerator for many technologies and possibilities, including eSignatures and eArchiving.  For companies, there are significant benefits in being able to legally sign documents electronically (and thus 'from a distance'), and to maintain a reliable archive of official and legal documents.


At this N-sight, we took a look at the options companies have today. FPS Economy started us off by highlighting the regulatory angle. Then we looked at two real-life examples, as Partena adds eSignatures to its payroll tools and the city of Ghent shares the challenges of digital signatures in the public sector.
