For many years, Beltug has addressed public tendering topics through the Public Tenders task force, where members subject to public procurement rules exchange experiences and best practices. Over time, however, interest has grown beyond a fixed group of participants.

Based on discussions with members, we are now broadening our approach and bringing public tendering more prominently into our regular activities, creating new opportunities for members to share experiences and insights.

Our upcoming ‘Public tendering roundtable: from rules to reality’ marks the first step. Open to all members from the user side (no providers or consultants), it offers the opportunity to discuss practical challenges through moderated discussion and interaction in a roundtable setting.

This first session will be followed in the working year by more initiatives that bring the wider community of members into the discussion.
