The Beltug SAM Task Force quickly took on the topic, already reviewing a number of questions and issues in early April. In addition to discussions on SAP and Microsoft, after the meeting, Beltug collected input on Peer Practices from Beltug members on Covid-19.
The SAM Task Force will meet again in June to discuss:
- Oracle Java: experiences during the first months of the COVID-19 crisis
- Use-based payments for software licences: currently, we are facing a temporary up-scale, but what will happen when we need to reduce licences?
- SaaS and IaaS Code of Conduct at EU level
Already, more than 40 companies are part of the Beltug SAM Task Force. Want to join? Check out the mission and scope, and send us an email to apply. (Please note that the SAM Task Force is for business users only! This includes procurement and SAM experts from user companies, from, for instance banking , pharmaceuticals, public sector, transportation, etc. ICT or software suppliers are not invited to this Task Force.)
