A robust architecture, suitable for the deployment of agile service delivery
“A robust architecture, suitable for the deployment of agile service delivery” was one of the top priorities of Beltug members in our annual Priorities Compass. But is that description a contradiction? The building blocks of an IT architecture must be reliable and secure, offering a solid, yet flexible and agile, base for the company’s service delivery. But what does ‘modern robustness’ look like? Does the concept imply a business-led IT? And does architectural robustness impose limitations on service delivery teams?

During this session, we heard from Workday about how to balance robustness with agility: what are the challenges and solutions? Then we heard Crelan’s story of building a container-native SDLC from scratch. TUI shared another real-life experience: its guidelines, rules and pitfalls for Enterprise Architecture, and what the future holds.
Presentations and takeaways from the event are available for Beltug members (after login).
