In this session, we brought participants three real-life experiences from different organisations. First we heard from Greenyard about how they use KPIs to bring ICT and the business closer together, and to keep an eye on process improvement and efficiency. Then, we explored the link between KPIs and the Board. ManpowerGroup shared the role of KPIs in decision-making, while Atrias explored how they use KPIs to give the Board a more objective view of ICT services, and what they can realistically expect.

Presentations from the event are available for Beltug members (after login):

  • Greenyard user story: KPIs as a management and a communication instrument
  • Manpower user story: Death by KPIs? A Board view on steering with metrics
  • Atrias user story: KPIs for the Board managing expectations
